Our office, based in Kalamata since 1981, offers its services in the fields of design and construction of private projects. It was founded by the civil engineer Stavros Kalogereas, a graduate of the Technical University of Pavia (1980) and an honorary member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Over the years, it was staffed with experienced engineers and associates with experience in design, construction and site construction. Having undertaken a variety of projects in the Messinia region and especially in Kalamata and Mani peninsula, it specializes in the implementation of high-quality construction with emphasis on high standard operation of the building and quality living. Respecting local history and distinct character of each building, we encourage the interchange of the old and the new through design simplicity and focus on detail. The office undertakes small- and large-scale work, emphasizing the unique characteristics of each project and the needs of the client.
